Restaurant CAIS DA ESTAÇÃO | Sines (25min)

There are places of worship, always for a good reason. Inês is a super hostess.

There are those who say that the son of a fish can swim... in this case, her daughter! Since always lived among the pots to receive those who pass by and almost always returns. First in her father's restaurant and now in @caisdaestacao. It's hard to make suggestions because we always get lost in the choice. We almost always choose to order each dish and share so we can try more delicacies.

The cuisine is impeccable, no luxuries but made with great care and great local ingredients. The service is impeccable and the restaurant is beautiful. A "must" is the razor clam rice with fried cuttlefish, the rice, wet and tasting like the sea, the dry and crispy cuttlefish with a discreet but super good seasoning. As a starter, order the crab shell with toasted bread and to finish, don't miss the curd cheese pudding with walnuts.
